UNFCCC-WGEO RCC Dubai organized a High-level Forum on Climate Finance Strategies for NDC Implementation at COP25

At the twenty-fifth session of the Conference of Parties (COP25) the World Green Economy Organization and the UNFCCC secretariat The objective of the joint side-event was to highlight regional and national strategies to mobilize and access climate finance to meet the priorities of developing countries, as outlined in their nationally determined contributions and national adaptation plans.

Opening remarks at the High-level session were shared by H.E. Saeed Al Tayer, Chairman of the World Green Economy Organization.

During the high-level panel discussion, H.E. Thani Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, the Minister of Environment and Climate Change of the UAE, was joined by the Minister of Agriculture and Forest of Bhutan and the Ministers of Environment of Egypt and Lebanon.
