Overview
As countries scale up their commitments under the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs)of the Paris Agreement, the role of innovation in driving the green transformation has become more urgent than ever. Recognizing this critical need, the World Green Economy Organization (WGEO), in collaboration with the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), is organizing the GreenTech Hackathon 2025 a platform to accelerate climate action through technology and entrepreneurship.
This hackathon aims to convene young innovators, students, startups, and SMEs to co-create practical, tech-driven solutions that address some of the most pressing challenges in the green economy. Through this initiative, WGEO and GGGI reaffirm their commitment to fostering sustainable development by empowering a new generation of changemakers to build impactful and scalable solutions for a more resilient, low-carbon future.
