Overview

The Regional Green Economy Forum (RGEF) 2025 brings together leaders, policymakers, experts, and innovators from across Africa to accelerate the transition of cities toward carbon neutrality. This flagship regional initiative, organized by the World Green Economy Organization (WGEO) in collaboration with government and regional partners, is strategically aligned with the Cities Carbon Neutral Program, aiming to build momentum toward WGES 2025 and COP30.

Under the theme “On Carbon Neutral Cities”, RGEF 2025 will serve as a dynamic platform to foster dialogue, showcase solutions, and promote collaboration among key stakeholders from the public and private sectors, civil society, international organizations, and local governments.
